Atena is a 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is produced entirely in Foggia, Puglia.
The oil comes from a blend of two olive varieties, Leccino and Frantonio. The careful selection of the olives and the typicality of the soil allow Olio Atena to depart from the traditional Apulian oil, acquiring more delicate flavor notes, scented by a slight hint of green leaf. The packaging is designed to place the oil in the market as a high quality product. The bottles were made in a limited edition and are all numbered from 1 to 756.
